Client: The Breath Code is an Australian breathwork coach serving high-risk industries where workers face mental health challenges at a rate 6 times the national average.

The Mission: Founder Bryce Maher set out to reach 100,000 people in 5 years, bringing breathwork and mental health support to construction and mining workers to build healthier, stronger workplaces.

The Challenge: In-person workshops could only accommodate a limited number of participants. Remote job sites, irregular shifts, and the stigma around mental health meant workers needed consistent, private access to support – anywhere, anytime.

After co-founder Paul got certified in breathwork, he started building an app for his practice, and then we were in an accident. This period revealed something: the gap between practitioners and their clients.

We realised coaches didn't need one-off custom apps – they needed a platform that empowers them to expand their reach without technical barriers.

Your Questions, Answered

  • We're offering visionary practitioners a 1 year reduced subscription price. This pricing will never be available again.

    You'll also receive hands-on onboarding and support from Ann, our co-founder - real human support via WhatsApp and email. Plus, be part of our Founding member community where we connect on a regular basis.

    In return, we ask for honest feedback to help improve Plaece.

  • The implementation fee covers custom brand design, technical setup (app store accounts, integration, push notifications), content migration and strategy, app store submission management, and comprehensive platform training.

    We could hide these costs in higher monthly fees, but we believe in transparency. You pay once for white-glove launch support, then just your monthly subscription – no surprises as you scale.

    For context: custom app development starts at $50K-$150K with 6-12 month timelines. Our implementation fee gets you launched professionally in weeks for a fraction of the cost.

  • Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly payments.

    If you start monthly, you can switch to yearly billing at any time.

  • You set your own prices for subscriptions, memberships, courses, and services.

    Plaece Payments (coming soon) handles transactions at competitive rates - you keep the majority of revenue with no hidden fees or revenue sharing beyond standard payment processing.

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Yes, with 30 days' notice. Your app remains active until the end of your billing period, and we'll help you export your data if needed.

  • All plans include support: you have a dedicated account manager, 24/7 access to our Plaece Support Hub with how-tos and videos, and as a founding member, WhatsApp and email access.

  • In Australia, custom mobile apps typically start at $30,000 for basic functionality and can easily exceed $100,000 for complex features. Plus, you'll need to manage designers, developers, QA testing, and launch coordination. We save you that cost and headache.

  • Apple and Google each charge 30% fees on in-app purchases, paid directly to them (separate from your Plaece subscription). However, subscription revenue processed outside the app stores avoids these fees. Plaece payments is coming soon!

  • Not at the moment. We have it on our roadmap but we’re yet to set a date.

  • Plaece is a combination of the best of all of those platforms. But instead of having three, you just have Plaece to list your offers, courses and communities.

  • Unfortunately not.

    We wish it did but you will still need to generate prospects from somewhere. Our goal is to provide you a Plaece to send your followers so you can convert them into clients.

  • We’re a business based in Melbourne, Australia, so our prices are listed in AUD.
